We will own, develop, and operate Dreamworld Casino Pailin in the Pailin Province of Northwestern Cambodia near the Thailand border.
Strategically located on a growing trade route with solid infrastructure between Cambodia and Thailand (approximately five hours from Phnom Penh and two hours from Bangkok by car), the casino will cater to mass market and premium players from the major nearby cities in the region.

Initial phase expected to open in the second quarter of 2012 with up to 23 table games (baccarat, roulette and dice games) and 40 EGM seats
The initial capital investment by us is expected to be approximately $2.4 million (funded internally) for the design and construction, and casino equipment
We will have exclusive management control of the casino’s development and business operation
We will lease the land from a local land owner and we will receive 80% of the profit before depreciation and land lease expense
We have first right to lease from the local land owner adjacent land to the initial phase of the project, where an existing and popular casino is currently in operation, to potentially develop additional phases
Lease terms of 20 years with renewal options
